Lower Assembly:

Forged from 7075-T6 Aircraft Aluminum Alloy hard anodized to Military Specification MIL-P-8625A.

Machined to AR-15 Semi-Automatic Only configuration with ("Safe"-"Fire") selector positions.

Stock:

Standard A2 Back Zytel Military Specification fixed stock with trap door assembly for storage compartment.

Handguards:

Fiber Reinforced Polymer Standard A2 Rifle length round handguard.

Gas Block:

Standard A2 Forged Front Sight Base

Barrel:

4150 (Mil. B-11595E) Chrome Molybdenum Vanadium Steel, Military Contour, chambered to 5.56 x 45mm NATO with 6 groove right hand 1 turn in 7" twist rifling. Barrels are Parkerized under the front sight base, magnetic particle tested, and pressure tested. Chamber and bore are chrome lined to Military Specification. Muzzle is threaded to 1/2"-28 T.P.I and furnished with an A2 flash hider.

Semi-Automatic direct impingement gas opererated with rotating bolt.

Bolt & Carrier:

8620 Steel AR-15 Bolt Carrier, heat treated and plated to Military Specification, with phosphated steel bolt, heat treated and plated to Military Specification.

Standard Forged, "F" Stamped, A2 fixed front sight base with A2 sight post, adjustable for elevation.

Forged removable A2 carry handle rear sight, adjustable for windage and elevation.
